The CHIJ Ten-Pin Bowling Team started in 2001 with a small number of members. Over the years, however, the team has grown and enrolment now stands at 41 members. We have won numerous awards in both the ‘B’ and ‘C’ Divisions of the annual National Schools Championships. Some of our bowlers have been selected to represent the nation in the Asian Schools as well as the National Youth squad.

As we believe in team bonding, camps and outings are part of the fun and exciting activities to boosts our team spirit. As a team that believes in both playing and working hard, the CHIJ Ten-Pin Bowling Team is one that promises an enjoyable experience like no other.

CHIJ Bowling is a fun-filled CCA with many exciting activities planned throughout the year. Our seniors and leaders plan and conduct cheering sessions, T-shirt & banner designs, team building camps and outings for our juniors. On top of our regular training at the bowling alleys, we will also conduct sports psychology and mental skills training for our athletes.

Every year, we participate in the National Schools Tenpin Bowling Championships and Delphi Secondary School League. CHIJ Bowling will be a force to reckon with in the years to come.
From this year, the CHIJ Bowling will have a Club/Recreational Team. This will provide opportunities for interested students to pick up basic bowling skills and play the game recreationally. Members will be put through a programme to learn the fundamentals of the game and subsequently given opportunities to improve their skills.
