Mission of the EP Department
The aim of EP lesson @ IJ is to create an awareness among the students on the current IT software tools & techniques that could guide them towards efficient learning. The IT lessons have been integrated with academic syllabus, as part of creating a more engaged and interactive platform for students to excel.

Basic Animation Course
Secondary 2/1 to 2/4 classes completed a basic animation course during their Enrichment Program lessons in Semester One.
Students learnt the fundamentals of animation, and comprehensive knowledge of the animation art form, starting from its historic roots to its modern forms today. they enjoyed applying the skills learnt and they produced their very own animated short video.

Basic Web Design Course
All secondary one classes completed the Basic Web Design course using dreamweaver software. Students learnt how to use Dreamweaver to create their webpages and they could create their own blog too.
The IT-course was integrated with the geographical study on Volcanoes. They not only acquired IT skills, but they expressed how much they have learnt about volcanoes.

Basic Flash Animation Course
Sec 2/5 to 2/8 students were introduced to the basic techniques in Flash Animation Software. At the end of the course, students produced a short Flash Animation of about 3 to 5 minutes on the Human Body Digestive System.
